Inerting. Purging & Cooling

Inerting & Blanketing for Chemical & Pharmaceutical Production

• Nitrogen displaces oxygen in chemical reactors and storage tanks, preventing oxidation, explosions, and contamination.

Structural Fire Prevention & Fire Suppression Systems

• Nitrogen is used in fire suppression systems for construction sites, electrical rooms, and confined space, by using Nitrogen for inerting purposes.

Electronics & Semiconductor Manufacturing

• Nitrogen is used to create oxygen-free environments during semiconductor fabrication and circuit board soldering.

Cooling & Cryogenic Freezing

• Liquid nitrogen (LN₂) is used in cryogenic cooling for metal hardening, rubber processing, and food preservation, this process prevents thermal damage in precision machining and improves cutting tool life.

Pipeline & Tank Purging

• Most commonly, Nitrogen is used to purge industrial pipelines and storage tanks, ensuring safe startup and shutdown and to also assist in detecting leaks. And nitrogen is also used to inert pipe interiors to prevent oxidation during installation and maintenance.
