2022 ADAHI Quick Freezing Initiative
AHG’s quick freezing initiative proved to be successful in this year’s Hajj season, the initiative utilizes dry ice to freeze ADAHI meat in a safe and healthy method.
AHG’s quick freezing initiative proved to be successful in this year’s Hajj season, the initiative utilizes dry ice to freeze ADAHI meat in a safe and healthy method.
This initiative was trialed and proven in 2019, 2021, and 2022 Hajj seasons. And we are constantly improving on the system and ensuring the sustainability of the initiative.
