Who We Are
The AHG Group is one of the leading industrial gas manufacturers and suppliers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia founded in 1940 initially through investing in metalworking in the Kingdom. With the official establishment of the Group in 1954, the Group shifted its focus from metalworking to becoming the safest and most reliable supplier of gases, gas related equipment, and gas services in the Kingdom. Over the Groups 70 plus years of operation, the Group continued to expand its roots through adding welding and refrigerant divisions providing various welding equipment and supplies together with high end refrigerant gases to the Saudi and GCC market.
AHG’s Welding division supplies welding equipment, welding consumables, and welding accessories to our customers across the Middle East.
AHG’s Refrigerant division supplies refrigerant gases to the Saudi market. And has been the exclusive distributor of the Chemours Company, previously “Dupont”, product line in Saudi Arabia.
AHG’s Specialty Gas Centers (SGC) are specially designed to produce ultra-high purity pure gases in high precision gas mixtures with over 25 components.

Air Products Abdullah Hashim Gases
In 2022, Abdullah Hashim Industrial Gases & Equipment acquired Air Liquide Al-Khafrah Industrial Gases (ALKIG) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since the acquisition, the company was re-branded to AirProducts Abdullah Hashim Industrial Gas Company (APHG).
Helium Saudi Limited
HSL has been the pioneering Helium supplier in Saudi Arabia since 2000. HSL was acquired by the AHG Group in September 2022 and has continued since then to deliver premium services to its customers. HSL state-of-the-art Helium transfilling station is capable of handling both liquid and gas forms of Helium, catering to a wide range of needs. Ajwaa Oman Gases Co
Ajwaa Gases Co. LLC is a joint venture between Abdullah Hashim Industrial Gases & Equipment Co. Ltd (AHG) and Air Products PLC (AP). Established in 2008, Ajwaa operates its facility in the Sultanate of Oman, situated at the Sohar Industrial Port (SIP). Ajwaa is operating three state-of-the-art cryogenic Air Separation Plants along with large storage tanks. These plants' cater to the diverse needs of different industries across the Sultanate of Oman.
Ajwaa Emirates Gas Co.
Ajwaa Emirates Gases Co. LLC is a joint venture between Abdullah Hashim Industrial Gases & Equipment Co. Ltd (AHG) and Air Products PLC (AP). Established in 2007, Ajwaa operates its facility in the United Arab Emirates, Located in Abu Dhabi, ICAD-2. Ajwaa operates a cryogenic Nitrogen Plant, along with two state-of-the-art Hydrogen electrolysis plants and equipped with a Tube Trailer and cylinders filling facility.
